Tiga Langkah Menjaga Jaringan Wifi (three steps to maintain WIFI network)






Wireless fidelity (wifi) adalah teknologi yang memungkinkan pengguna dapat mengakses internet dari berbagai perangkat. Wifi, yang kini dengan mudah dapat ditemui, adalah nama paten dari lembaga pengembangan teknologi Wifi Alliance, yang bertujuan memperbaiki produk Wireless LAN berbasis standar IEEE

Pertama adalah meletakkan antenna router wifi di bagian tengah bangunan atau ruangan, agar sinyal wifi tidak sampai keluar rumah maupun ruangan.

Langkah berikutnya adalah dengan menggunakan wireless encryption protocol (WEP). Enkripsi adalah proses mengacak data sehingga hanya dapat dibaca oleh pihak-pihak tertentu. Pengguna harus menyertakan kunci untuk membuka data yang dienkripsi.
Langkah terakhir adalah dengan menyetel router agar mampu melakukan identifikasi dan membuka koneksi internet hanya kepada perangkat yang berhak mengakses
